Cancellation policy

Mail Club members may cancel their subscription at any time from the Manage Account page or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you'll still receive any letter you've already been charged for. Payments already processed are non-refundable.

 

Apparel. Our apparel is made to order by a third-party printing partner. Each piece is produced only after you place your order, which means we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Please check your size and color carefully before checking out — size charts are listed on every product page.
