Apparel
Shipping rates for apparel are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Because each piece is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email once it's on its way.

Mail Club
Mail Club members enjoy free shipping on every monthly letter. Letters are mailed at the beginning of each month and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your postal service. Your letter is sent to the address on your account, so please keep it up to date. If a letter hasn't arrived within three weeks of the mailing date, let us know and we'll look into it. novisasociety@gmail.com
